International Shipments (Outside the US)

All USPS shipping options are delivered WITHOUT duties and taxes paid, meaning that when the package enters your country, your local customs office may hold the package until the necessary taxes are paid. You are responsible for providing valid contact information that the customs office can use to contact you in the event they need to collect payment. Failure to collect the taxes from customs may result in the package being returned to us at our expense. If this occurs, we will send a refund for the order cost, minus any return costs imposed on us by the carrier or customs agency.

All UPS options are delivered DDP, meaning that customs duties and taxes are collected and remitted to your country's tax authorities on your behalf. This shipping method reduces the likelihood that you will have your order delayed as it goes through your local customs office.

Domestic Shipments (Within the US)

Our standard, free domestic shipping is through UPS and typically arrives within 1-4 business days (following our 1-2 business day processing time). Additional shipping options are available at an additional expense and can be viewed on the checkout page.
